I came to Colorado sports training opening bash because I knew there would be great free food (which there was). Just to be supportive, I signed up for a class, being sure to warm up my instructor that I was old, frail, and lazy. I included a list of things I must not do for fear of permanent back injury – like no sudden movements, no twisting no compression – common sense stuff that us old people have learned the hard way.
Well, much to my chagrin, 6 month later I am doing somersaults off a trampoline, barbell squats with more than my body weight, jumping rope, climbing ropes, throwing, kicking, boxing, skating, hula hoops, volleyball, soccer, tennis, and much more. I must warn you, do not try this at home without Peotr’s supervision. I have been continually impressed at the unified approach, emphasizing not just strength and endurance, but balance, reflexes, coordination, flexibility, breathing, core etc. It has been careful integration of all aspects of fitness – mental as well as physical, which has given me the ability and confidence to do things I had given up 20 years ago. Just three hours a week has changed my life. Marty Butley
January 7th 2008 I invited to join a group class in the morning three days a week. At that time I was 43years young and having a hard time squatting down and getting back up off the ground. I felt I was too young to be having such problems. I was an athlete when I was young but have not taken care of myself since than. My weight when I was started was185lb. I am now approaching one year of working out and my weight is down to 160lb. Peotr made my workout to fit my condition without over working me, until I was able to become stronger. I am not a morning person but he makes the workouts interesting and fun. I look forward to starting day with him, he is always uplifting and inspiring, which is great way to start any day.
Within this last year I have had many personal challenges which Peotr could sense and he is genuinely concern about the people he trains. He would give me a phone call to check on me with out prying. He has become a mentor and dear personal friend which I never would have expected from someone in his
profession. I am a professional musician and hairdresser which have its physical demands and now that I am fit, I do not hurt after long work days.Peotr has taught me the importance of my physical health and still teaching me the correct way to workout and breath. I feel great physically and mentally when a young lady asked him if I was the strongest female he trains, he said yes.

Training with Peotr has given me the confidence and strength I need to perform at the highest level as a pro hockey player. He offers an approach that challenges me mentally and physically, and is always willing to think outside the box in terms of sports specific exercises that benefit me directly on the ice. The work that I have done with Peotr has taken my game to a new level. I appreciate his unique perspective which has allowed me to be in the best condition of my hockey career. Thank You Peotr

I love working with Peotr because he understands the connection between the body and mind. He does not hesitate to take you out of your comfort zone so that you are challenged in a way that you could not reach on your own. He is creative with his program so that each day is fresh and fun and incorporates much more than just strength training so that the body is worked fully and deeply.

I have gained a tremendous understanding of the importance of looking after my body after years as aprofessional athlete.
Currently in my early thirties, I have recently made the transition from ironman triathlon to marathon running in
my quest for selection into the New Zealand Commonwealth Games team for 2010. My ultimate goal is the2012 London Olympics. I believe I have what it takes to not only qualify for these events but to perform very well. I am always looking at areas to improve so I can achieve better results and continue competing consistently at the highest level. To do this I need to be working with a great team. Petr at Colorado SportsTraining has been my personal trainer for a year and during this time he has played a major part in achieving my short term goals and becoming a world champion.
With his perfect combination of diverse training methods and individualized training programs he has not only helped me to stay injury free but also be in the game with some of the best runners in the world.
His professionalism, extensive knowledge and enthusiastic commitment to his work and ultimately his clients, provides a perfect scenario for success.

Hello Peotr,
Our fellow colleague, Bobby Hills, referred me to you. I am recovering from my 5 th knee surgery in March. I am a sports massage therapists in your neighborhood.
I am interested in your personal training sessions, costs, and/ or classes you may offer for me and what you may have available for my clients.
Plus just love to meet you. My goal this summer is to two two cycling tours in August, hoping just to do the 50 miles or metric century rides.

I am sure one of your adverts brought on my internet browser to resize, you could want to place that on your black list.
