Plus just love to meet you. My goal this summer is to two two cycling tours in August, hoping just to do the 50 miles or metric century rides.

		<description>this is exactly what I&#039;m going through . i am a pole vaulter and i excel in training but when ever i go to competitions i freak out and worry about mistakes i;ve made in the past  and i just feel weak on the run way and start to doubt myself and total abandon the technique and do rubbish .. and at the end of the day i fail and then I&#039;m upset with myself and then i build up confidence in training again and then fail to execute in competition. I would really appreciate Ur help because i have a major competition coming up and i have the potential to finish in the top 3 but that&#039;s only if i perform at my best in the competition</description>
